Maybe you've not been able to sit down and meditate, or find the time to meditate more consistently, yet you know how important quieting the mind and balancing the impact of stress are for well-being.
Honoring the history and roots of meditation by following this ancient eastern tradition brings integrity and honesty to your practice and your life.

We use silent repetition of an ancient mantra to quiet the chatter of the mind and access the authentic self. Making the choice to bring a consistent meditation practice into your life brings many benefits- and is a simple, uncomplicated act of honoring your mind, body, and spirit. These casual drop-in sessions begin with a brief instruction for the meditation practice and end with a refreshing service of lovely Zen tea.
